Current resourcing issues within our Healthy Homes Team has meant that we have not been able to book damp and mould inspections for customers when they first contact us. Where this has happened, the repair has been allocated to the Healthy Homes Planners to arrange the inspection. We are currently working to address Surveyor resourcing issues.
