Damp and mould inspections

Current resourcing issues within our Healthy Homes Team has meant that we have not been able to book damp and mould inspections for customers when they first contact us. Where this has happened, the repair has been allocated to the Healthy Homes Planners to arrange the inspection. We are currently working to address Surveyor resourcing issues. Whilst we do this, there are longer wait times for customers to be given an appointment. If you believe the damp and mould in your home requires an urgent inspection, please call 020 8080 6587.
