The Opendoor Homes Service Champion Group held their third meeting in July and received an update from the Head of Customer Experience on the work of the Customer Contact, Customer Resolution and Service Improvement Teams. Work continues to be ongoing to ensure services are easily accessible and responsive to the needs of Opendoor Homes residents.
The next meeting will be held in September to provide champions with an overview of caretaking and grounds maintenance services.
Over the next six months we will be supporting Service Champions to transition into a formal Resident Scrutiny Group, that will continue to act on behalf of Opendoor Homes residents. It’s an exciting time to consider becoming a member of the group.

As a Service Champion you will be incentivised with £30 for every meeting you
attend and provided with relevant training to support you in the role.
