I have a UPVC front door and I cannot lock the door.
To lock the door, raise the handle upwards and then turn the key in the lock.
My shower pump is not working.
There is an isolation switch outside the bathroom, and the pump should work if you switch this on.
Please note that this can be located in any nearby room.
I have visited my new property after signing my new tenancy agreement but the contractors are still working inside the property.

I was given a set of keys when I signed for my tenancy but have found a spare set in my property.

Not all of our UPVC windows have locks.
My new property has a level access shower and wants this replaced by a bath.
Opendoor Homes will not remove the level access shower. If you wish to remove the level access shower you must obtain our written permission before carrying out any work at your own cost.
I have a gas cooker, but there are no gas pipes to connect my cooker in my new home.
Unfortunately, not all of our properties have the option to install a gas cooker.
