Several pop-up events were organised throughout August and September at high-rise residential buildings, to connect with residents about the Resident Engagement Strategy. We wanted to hear residents’ thoughts not just on fire and building safety, but also on any other concerns they might have, such as Housing Management and Anti-Social Behaviour issues.
