Tasks carried out by the Grounds Maintenance Team

The Opendoor Homes Grounds Maintenance Team deliver their services across different times of the year and are guided by seasonal factors. For example, we will only cut back hedges between November and mid-March as this is when the bird-nesting season is over.

*Please note that will we try our best to stick to the below schedule however, due to issues beyond our control e.g. weather conditions, staffing issues and sickness this may not always be possible. In these situations, please be assured that we will attend as soon as we are next able to.

  • There will be site visits every 2 to 3 weeks
  • Cutting of the grass will be weather dependent
