Ways to pay

Please note that you cannot use the Council’s automated payment line or website to pay your rent. Please pay it using one of the methods below.

By phone

Please call 020 8610 3538, with your reference number. Your reference number is nine digits long and starts with a 1.  This can be found on any recent rent letter that will have been sent to you.

Standing Order

Use a standing order from your bank or building society straight to your rent account. Our bank details are as follows:
