Calling all tenants and leaseholders – we have an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in the process of appointing contractors to carry out works to homes that that are managed by Barnet Homes and Opendoor Homes. Your Involvement could include a number of different parts of the process including;
- Scoring and evaluation tender submissions
- Interviewing potential contractors
- Monitoring the contractors performance
Procurement overview and evaluation training sessions will be provided by one of our specialist consultants.
