One of the planning experts we have been working with to deliver on a number of Opendoor development projects has won a prestigious award.
This summer, HTA won Planning Consultancy of the Year award at the Planning Awards 2017. Some of the development projects we are working on with HTA include Sheaveshill Court, which received planning permission in April.
The Sheaveshill Court (pictured below) development, which will be on the site of underused garages and pram sheds, comprises of 34 units; 16 one bed flats (four of which are wheelchair accessible), eight two-bed flats and ten-three bedroom houses.
Opendoor has also had the privilege of having Harry Dodd, a planning consultant with HTA, working with the New Build & Development team this year on a secondment.
