On 10 September, we held our second Your Home, Your Say meeting, this time focused on repairs and gas.

Our Interim Head of Repairs delivered a clear overview of the service, the Repairs Improvement Project, and the areas where performance and TSMs for ODH are showing measurable improvement. They were also open and transparent about the challenges the service continues to face.
Overall feedback on the quality and standard of our repairs service was positive. However, tenants noted that it can be difficult to distinguish between the responsibilities of the Repairs and Gas teams and the works undertaken by Property Services.
As many attendees were Opendoor Homes tenants from Gracie House, it was agreed that a dedicated virtual meeting for Gracie House residents would be arranged to discuss local issues and priorities in more detail.
