The new business team have been working on getting a deal finalised for the purchase of a lease for a portfolio of 73 homes for £20.6m by Opendoor Homes, the purchase will secure income for Opendoor Homes and help to deliver long term savings for the borough.
The purchase will further help to grow the Opendoor Homes portfolio and continue to provide much needed temporary accommodation for homeless families in the borough.
A new contractor for fire safety
From 1st November 2024, RGE Services will be taking over from Morgan Sindall as our contractor for our fire maintenance and servicing programme.
RGE Services will carry out essential fire safety checks, maintenance, and electrical testing within your homes.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in facilitating access to your property during these visits to ensure the continued safety. All RGE staff will wear identification. If in doubt, please contact us.
Respect for our staff
