Project Description

The existing estate contains 96 flats within 6 blocks which are bounded by the Edgware Road and the two-way road running through the site. There is a small parking court towards the south end of the site and informal parking along the street.

These were complemented by 24 new flats and ten new homes. Opendoor Homes also carried out public realm improvement and improved green spaces.
