Project Description

At Westbrook Crescent we have built two two-bedroom homes. Each house will have an on-site parking space and front and rear private gardens.

The homes have been designed to minimise overlooking and any loss of privacy to existing houses through a number of design principles

• The first floor does not have windows facing on to the adjoining rear gardens
• New homes have increased the security to the existing properties through infilling
• Use of predominantly brick with roof tiles in keeping with the character of the area

Work was completed in June 2019
