Every summer, staff from Barnet Homes and Opendoor Homes host a series of meet and greet events across estates in Barnet. These are an opportunity for residents to speak with staff (with representation from all key services) and report any issues.
We respond to all the issues raised, and share the outcomes with tenants here.

- Pest issues
We also:
- Provided tenants with details about their tenancy
- Provided advice and guidance around anti-social behaviour
- Cleaned bike shed areas
- Cut back overgrown bushes
