Two schemes completed and three more almost there

Work at our development sites across the borough of Barnet is continuing at pace. In the last quarter, we have completed our developments at the following locations:

• Alexandra Road, N10 – four two-bedroom homes
• Westbrook Crescent, EN5 – two two-bedroom homes (pictured above)

In the summer of 2019, we should see the completion of the following developments:

• Salcombe Close, NW7 – six homes
• West Close, EN5 – three homes
• West Farm Place, EN4 – four homes

We have also now achieved planning consent for almost 90% of our developments.
