If you attend the office without an appointment, we are unable to guarantee that a member of staff will be available to see you.

Right to Acquire information

Right to Acquire is a scheme allowing some tenants to buy the property they rent from their Landlord. The current maximum discount is £16,000.

If you are interested in purchasing your home through Right to Acquire, please consider whether you will be able to keep up with mortgage payments.

Please note that during the Right to Acquire process, until the application is complete, Opendoor Homes are not responsible for completing routine repairs inside your home. However, we will continue to keep the structure and exterior of your home in good repair, attend emergencies and complete qualifying repairs covered in the Right to Repair scheme.
